[DUPLICATE] Possible bug Mangaza's Madness with Sephuz's Secret

Bug description: Doing a couple of M+ dungeons i have observed that apparently when i use mind bomb or silence a target, sometimes i miss one charge of Mind Blast on my priest, as if i hadn't equipped Mangaza's Madness. I have to change my gear out of combat and re-equip again Mangaza to get the 2 charges again. This is so unpleasant.

Proof: No pictures by now because this bug isn't constant and difficult to screenshot when doing high M+. Can u test it anyway? Thank u so much in advance.

i recommend you play [Anund's Seared Shackles] + [Sephuz's Secret] Until they fix this bug .

Ok, thank you very much for the info. I wrote Mangaza in the search box before posting this issue but no results were found ( ). I hope the staff can fix this bug ASAP, because these 2 legendaries use to be the Bis legendaries for shadow priests. I'll be aware for these weeks to check if they can find the solution finally.

This has been confirmed a while back, the item has some weird interaction with haste scaling as i pointed out in the other thread
