This item will not drop if you are in a raid group, please unstuck on the site and select the 'remove from party' option.

Ok I did as you said after I joined Eye of Azshara Heroic and the second boss did not give me the item..

I’ve done this and I ran Eye of Azshara on both heroic and normal and it didn’t drop
