[DUPLICATE] Problem with an important quest in stormheim !!!!!!!! cannot continue story

Bug description: Vethir not showing at all despite that we cant continue with the story so it is is an importont quest to be fixed

I have tried all the usual stuff delete cache relog abandon and take quest again spam quest for trying if multiple accepting will spawn him but nothing

Dear player,

Was there an invasion at his point? if there was the quests can't be completed because invasions phase out the specific quest mobs.

Try unstucking on the site to be placed in the correct phase,

No there was no invasion it was just normally

As u can see on the map no invasion no nothing i returned to dala and came back still nothing
