[DUPLICATE] [Quest] A Hero's Burden

Bug description: The quest 'A hero's Burden' is reported as fixed (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Sholazar-Basin-A-Hero-s-Burden-t594032.html) but it's not, it has the exact same bug it has always had (Artuis' Phylactery doesn't spawn). This fight is not actually scripted.. it's just the mob there to kill, but it should not work like that; Artruis should put up a shield and both frozen npcs (Jaloot and Zepik) should break the ice and chain the boss, then you should choose which one to kill and which one to spare, and after doing that and killing the boss, the phylactery should spam. This is KEY, because this is the quest that allows players to switch between Frenzyhearts and Oracles.

I tried killing it slowly, oneshot, every way, with Moodle summoned, without him, etc. and it's the same.
