Bug description: On my first character I could do this quest with no bugs, but this time the dragon doesn't spawn to mount hi. I tried to wait for the server to restart, unstuck character, delete cache, and nothing happened. The dragon doesn't appear. I saw some players can see it, but the majority can't. I've been trying to complete this quest with a lot of people, but finally we gave up.
