Finishing moves increase Poison damage you deal to the target by 10% for 5 sec.
!!!Agonizing Poison
Agonizing Poison's effect is increased by 1.0% increased damage per application on the target
As u can see in both photos i had same dmg on my rupture with and without surge of toxins buff. That means surge of toxins does not affect the 5 stacks of agonizing poision as it should be.
