Bug description: I cant complete the quest because the vault ticket disappeared from my bags after taking this quest

Same post used in recover items,the quest is bugged ,lethalfactor gave me the vault ticket after disappeared but the quest still wouldnt complete,i abandoned it and again the vault ticket disappeared and the quest still doesnt work.
The quest needs fixing not recovering the vault ticket like Powerphlo said.
