Bug description: I can't lock-pick any lock-boxes with lock-pick lvl higher tan 75 with my current lock-pick skill lvl of 300. It says that my skill isn't high enough.
Proof: I have recorded my character attempting to open 3 boxes with way lower required lock-pick lvl than what i have.
