[DUPLICATE] [Rogue] Outlaw Energy Regeneration reset when consuming Loaded Dice

Bug description: Energy regeneration is still bugged when refreshing the Slice and Dice buff and consuming the Loaded Dice.

As you can see , attack speed is still increased, but Energy Regen is still getting reset to 15%. Second image is showing that it works whenever you use it without any previous buff.
