[DUPLICATE] Shadowland Rares which don't drop any loots or spawns

Character name: Jeannie
Bug description: There are several rares in Shadowlands that should drop loot or become enemy so we can kill them. This one is Humon'gozz that is not spawning. Normally, when we plant object name "Unusually Large Mushroom" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=175247&&name=unusually-large-mushroom) we should get a neutral mushroom that has timer on it and when timer goes off it becomes Humon'gozz.

Proof is at our server, there isn't any timer or neutral mushroom and the video is from retail.
