Bug description: The questgiver original location is blocked by some rocks, the questgiver is spawned right next to thrall at the enterance of the calss hall and when i accept the quest it doesnt move to spawn the portal i need to use, also theres no other quest for the questline to begin.

Go up on the way pass the rock on the left by jumping and jump in the buble job done

yup found that workaround, but it doesnt teleport you to the place either
