Bug description: It doesnt stack over 2 stacks, and for it to do damage it has to get to 6 stacks.
EDIT: Actually it goes over to 4 stacks( max i saw it) but rarely goes over 3 and i never saw it doing the damage.

Yup +7 upwords gives lower ap than +5 - +7

Yup did 3 runs today, no drops at all

Done HoV couple of times, on differnet difficulties and still no drops for the quest item.

If you're in party with other player having the same enchant, the chance of dropping a querry is higher. It increases with the number of players in the party with the same enchant

Can it be something with the actual clients, since you can loot the item from the chest without any problems and we cant. And i remember that i actually got loot from the chest first week i got to 110, and it bugged from next week. Maybe its something client wise or idk addon blocking the loot.

Completly sure, that my bags have enough space when looting. As you saw on my screenshot i didnt got any loot. It could be something with the game client, but as i`m not a developer i dont know any of the reasoning behinde the issue.Also how were you able to loot the chest since i`ve already looted the chest this week ?
