[FIXED] [Item] Gear dropped in PvE - no WF / TF anymore

since you did the fix for the double rolled items from the weekly chests something got messed up with all the drops in dungeons/raids/wq`s they simply aint rolling any WF or TF at all, my guild just did EN normal, like 25 items dropped in total, all of em are default, i did 4 mythics today, all 3 chests so everyone got a piece of gear, all of em were default too(by default i mean no WF or TF) , did wq`s same result, now dunno if this is a bug or the chance got reduced to non-existant(instead the greens you get from mobs as drops started to roll wf or tf quite often) but since nobody bothered to report, i`l do`it(no i`m not wasting my time inventing bugs, something looks like messed up to me compared with what it was so i thought i`l get your attention on it. Thanks
