[DUPLICATE] [Suramar] [Return to Irongrove Retreat] Still not working

Tried going around all of Moon Guard Stronghold, there was no quest giver.
The wow freakz [Helper] did not specify any NPC, Quest or Location so it is confusing. I tried exploring every nook and cranny of Moon Guard Stronghold area.
PS I have completed the "Moon Guard Stronghold" questline days ago, prior to the Eminent "Grow-main" questline

Importance of this questline: To receive "Eminent Grow-main" acheievement for "Good Sumaritan" achievement

EDIT:
As shown here, Solendra Featherdown is suppose to be the one giving the quest

Same thing for me, no quest giver anywhere even if I finished all other Suramar chapters.

EDIT: I found 2 other players while checking back to see if the quest appeared and they both have no quest.

I posted this bug initially, and took the helper's advise at face value. I just completed the whole moonguard stronghold questline without any questgiver for Return to Irongrove Retreat.

I can confirm that the quest "Return to Irongrove Retreat" is still not given from <Solendra Featherdown>. I've met other players who had the same problem.
