Bug description: The trinket doesn't proc in any way. What it should do is:The individual buffs you can get are:
Mastery: Dirge of Angerboda
Crit: Howl of Ingvar
Haste: Wail of Svala

It is possible to proc all three at the same time.

Proof: I'm sorry I can't upload a video testing it, it should proc 1-2 times/minute .
