[DUPLICATE] Those who remember [NPC missing]

Bug description: I abandoned this quest as the NPC I need to talk to is missing. Then I went to Azurewing Repose to take the quest, the quest giver(Senegos) was missing. Not only Senegos but also the adds nearby are missing. When I look from far, I can see them. But when I get close to it, It's gone. So I cannot take the quest. I have done this in my other character and I can retake the quest in my DK charcater. Only DH cannot see and take the quest. I really need the quest to continue the Azsuna questline. I attached the photo in the link below.

Abandon all your quests and unstuck from the website as you could be phased from the NPCs.

If there was an assault in Azsuna wait for it to be over and check the NPC's location again.

Delete your cache and relog.

If none of these work wait for a server restart to happen.

The phasing issue regarding this NPC and questchain was already reported and confirmed here. Multiple people experience this, some don't but there are people who also can't continue this questchain because of the phasing. So please be patient and wait for the fix.
