[DUPLICATE] Upgrade Flight Master's Whistle dont work

Bug description: This item is intended to upgrade Flight Master's Whistle after use so that the whistle can be used on Argus. But it doesn't work. I bought, used, but did not apply.

I experience the same issue.

Prior to this, for some reason, i had 3 Flight Master's Whistle in my bag.
I bought the Krokul Flute and applied it. Used the Whistle in Krokuun, it says that i am in the Wrong Zone.

I then deleted 2 of my existing Whistles and proceeded to buy another Krokul Flute.
Applied it and went on to test it. Was in Mac'Aree, roughly between teleport points, clicked the whistle, i get the same message.

This affects mobility when doing WQs which, keeping in mind there won't be flight in Argus, damages the experience quite a bit.

Confirmed. Using a Krokul Flute does NOT upgrade your Flight Master's Whistle, making it unusable in Argus.
