[DUPLICATE] lightforged beacons on alt

I finished the Argus questline on my main, and according to what I read this should unlock all the lightforged beacons for my alts. However, my alts do not have access to any beacons.

Any chance of getting this fixed? It is very tedious to run every character through the entire Argus questline.

I attached screenshots of my main with 3/3 story progress on Argus and all beacons unlocked, and also one of my alts with no beacons. Thank you.
