Bug description: it should snapshot crit.

Proof: not a good proof again, but i found something about it... it the topic below, he indirectly pointed that living bomb snapshots crit.
i really don't know where i can find better proofs... any help is welcome

Not just living bomb should behave like that, nether tempest also. Frost bomb is the exception because it is not a DoT, it just explodes after a set duration and it accounts for crit/shatter at the moment of explosion.
Dont confuse this with regular crit rating snapshot, what you are talking about in this report is snapshot to Shatter.
