[DUPLICATE] [priest] [discipline] Atonement

Bug description: atonement looks like its healing random players, more likely tank thougt it should heal the guy with lowest healer.
Standing back and not Able to atonement on party/raid members when they really need healing is annoying and A Little dumb especially when You ale healing guy with full hp

Actually if there's nothing to heal it should heal full HP targets because you can get Divine Aegis from it, the actual problem with Atonement is that it tends not to heal the lowest target. I noticed that when for example the tank is the lowest it wont heal him it just heals someone else also it tends to heal pets 2 and it shouldn't.

Well for some reason it will almost never heal the caster idk really why

but it general it tends to act more like a random heal then a smart heal.

I know its a smart heal

but it doesn't act like that all the time sometimes it seams to pick a random targets rather then the lowest HP one.

The atonement smart healing works fine.

Atonement works more then fine, when everyone's full hp, it heals the tank(cuz he's taking damage constantly ofc), may be a latency related issue, or a small delay between the spell hit and atonement cast but other then that there is no problem with it.

The atonement smart healing works fine.
The only problem of it, is that doesn't prioritize the priest.
