Demon Hunter Auto Attack missing!

Hi! I've been playing the DH ever since the legion lunch and now I just notice on my DH that the auto attacks are missing.... when i say missing, its like 20% out of 100. We all know that when we choose the Demon Blade talent, we depend on the auto attacks for the furry regeneration. So the question is it bug? I really appreciate the answers.

Miss Chance
if IsDualWielding
= 0.19 that's 19% ( main hand )

if not (SubSpec = WarriorFury and HasBuff(Enrage) and ArtifactTraitRank(FocusInChaos) = 1)
= 0.19 ( off hand )
In other words , you have a 20% miss chances on every auto attack
