WoW Freakz spell link: Unending Hatred
Bug description: I tried to find some info about this talent ICD but wasnt lucky... So lets say it doesnt have ICD(which is already shady), but this talent is proc-ing from some 100% physical attacks(both rogue and feral bleeds). I dont play dh myself so i cant know every physical spell interaction with this talent, but i have tested it on rogue(assa) and feral and i can tell you that meele attacs will not proc it, Ferocious Bite will not proc it, but Rip, Rake, Garrote will proc it. Maybe its just bleeds procing it, but maybe even more physical abilities count as magical in case of this talent. I didnt test every spec in the game but ferals and mut rogues(even without poisons) defently can proc it.

Judging by the spell text itself , '' magical effect '' should 1) exclude bleed spells since they're physical in nature , and 2) , and i'm not sure about this but DoT spells shouldn't proc it with each tick , I think only the initial application should proc the effect , as for the internal cd , i'm 100% the spell doesn't have one , it should proc from each and every magic effect , with the conditions listed above .

I agree on that, if it shouldnt proc on magical dot ticks, then not having icd is pretty straight forward. But I havent even tested magical dots since applying rake and 1cp rip and then running away from dh makes dh fury bar cap even before rake ends... Talent should be tested vs EVERY ability in the game, I obviously dont have time or recourses to do that, which shouldnt be a problem for GMs.

Didn't test every single DoT ability, but this is what I got from testing. Now, I agree that it shouldn't proc on Bleed's as they are Physical Damage. This part is bugged. As far as whether or not DoT's should grant Fury on each damage tick, I found this. At the bottom under "Procs when:" it states that it should proc off of periodic damage, meaning all instances of it - every tick, throughout the whole duration of it. This part works correctly. Also, looking at the tooltip logically - it says "ANYTIME you are a victim ..." meaning there is no ICD and it should proc every time it's flagged. And finally, personal proof of the bug.
