Donation question.

If one donates for the ToES Weapon will it be applicable for the upgrade for donated items? Like Shin'ka, Execution of Dominion > Uroe, Harbinger of Terror> Xal'atoh, Desecrated Image of Gorehowl.

Just out of ciriousity because the discription in shop says tire 14>15 uprgades for free (or for a small fee) Does that include the expensive ToES items aswell?

Yes it does include the expensive items aswell. You can buy a tier14 weapon and upgrade it to tier15 without problems.
