Downloading through Launcher?

Hello All.

I was an active player during legion but stopped at the end of it.
So now since i want to come back and pla BFA and i have moved to a little bit of a serious country ( Germany ) where torrents are forbidden, I am asking if downloading BFA throught the launcher is safe in this country?

From what I understand that should not be a problem.
If you feel as if this would be a problem then choose method 2 and download while playing.
