[Druid][Balance][Resto] Concordance of the Legionfall snapshots in cat form

Bug description: Once you get it procced and switch to cat form and you will have a permanent Attack Power increase as long as you stay in that form. All of the other stat increases gets decreased accordingly except for attack power for some reason.

Proof: Snapshotting been removed in WoD. Every stat increase is real time only. Besides I checked other agility trinkets and they work real time like it should be. Only this buff is bugged.

Im also having this issue with haste, it just get stucked randomly and only way to reset it is relog , even changing items dont change the value..

i just tested this and it doesnt work, it seems it only happens around playing alot , same for my haste bug report , when you freshly log in you cant replicate the issue , but somewhere along the way it bugs out as you play longer.
Seems like haste is not only the one affected it might be all stats like crit mastery agility,versa,agi. This will be a game breaking bug if someone can just replicate this bug reliably

I performed this test with feral affinity in restoration spec. I cant test feral since i don't have high iLvL artefact.

yep sorry , already made the comment , tho still theres something going on with druids stats suddenly snapshotting mine happened with haste/energy regen got stuck

Confirmed, this isn't just happening with concordance, but any intelect proc effect will have the same result in attack power, giving a permanent buff that will not be removed until phased/disconected.

To address your issue, i have not forgotten about it, and i simply put a halt to it temporarily while re-checking a couple of other issues related to haste and energy regenerations. While i cannot say anything solid yet, there is indeed something that will eventually make your energy regeneration behave incorrectly. Thought i've not been able to replicate it as much as i wish to, there is ''something'' breaking the system in some way, but since i can't simply go with ''feelings'' i will need more time about said issue before been able to give a solid response.
