And that video is supposed to prove anything ? there is literally no way to tell what heals and when

Ysera's Gift is not meant to be affected by Mastery: Harmony, % heal effects generally speaking are flat values, sometimes affected by versatility depending on the spell, but not by mastery, ysera is one of those not affected by mastery.

This is how the formula looks roughly:

TotalMaxHealth * 0.03
if SubSpec = DruidGuardian
= Healing * 0.5


Sidenote:
Think again about how ysera works, specially along Antorus, the burning throne 4p, ysera (not including dreamer) by itself will be a large portion of your healing, depending in the situation and targets. 4p multiplies the speed of ysera by 4, if i take some rough numbers, ysera alone when affected by 4p would heal a target for 7 ticks for the duration of 4p, that would net (without versatility) 0.21% of a player's max HP, if we say that the tank is the one been affected, and has 10mill max hp, this would result in roughly 2.1m healing in 7seconds passively regardless of your ilvl / gear / stats.

Given the above, i will reject this post.
