Druid bug?

Hello, everyone

So I started playing on this server just yesterday and decided to create a druid, right? Well I'm level 8 (IIRC) and my mana is 40... like it didn't rise in any level whatsoever it's stuck at 40.
Secondly, when I shapeshift into cat form my finishing move (the one you start off with when you get cat form) does an INSANE amount of damage. I'm talking about 2.5k damage at level 8.

Can anyone look into that? Is it just me or a known bug?

That thing happens to me also, at lvl 22 my ferocious bite does 8 k dmg

Regarding mana: once you select a specialization @ lvl 10 you will receive a passive that increases your manapool (according to the selected specialization).
