[Dungeon] Maw of Souls : Seacursed Swiftblade

WoW Freakz link: Seacursed Swiftblade ; Sea Legs (wowhead link) ; Deceptive Strike (wowhead link)
Bug description:
1) Sea Legs (wowhead link) lasts 3 seconds instead of 6 . In addition , this buff is supposed to be casted right after he has finished casting Deceptive Strike (wowhead link) . Currently this is casted at random intervals .
2) For whatever reason , the mob gets the Deceptive Strike (wowhead link) buff almost constantly but he doesn't actually do the strike .

Actually I can see the strike casting and doing insane dmg, reason paper palas are dying so often in the ship xD.
On retail the mob becomes a ghost and then hits you, freakz has just a long cast with the same result I guess.

I think i didn't give enough details when it comes to Deceptive strike . If you check his buffs , he constantly gets the Deceptive Strike buff but doesn't actually do anything . The only time he ACTUALLY does the spell is when he CASTS it before , because most of the time he gets that buff without casting anything , it simply appears on him from out of nowhere . Now ,i'm 90% sure he does this because on wowhead , there are 2 diffrent Deceptive Strike spells , 1 is instant cast , 1 has a X second cast time ( i forgot ) . I think freakz has both this spells implemented as 2 diffrent abilities , so what ends up happening , is that some times ability A gets casted which is just him getting the buff instantly and doing nothing ,and ability B which is a X second cast time that also does damage . I hope i explained it good enough but this would be better shown rather than explained .
