[Dungeon] Maw of Souls : Waterlogged Soul Guard

Bug description:
1)Six Pound Barrel (wowhead link) doesn't work at all . It should be thrown towards a player and explode for Frost damage on impact . Currently the barrel explodes under the mob and does nothing .
2)There should be 1 more Waterlogged Soul Guard , meaning 2 in total . Currently there's just 1 , and his position is incorrect .

He is leeching, it just doesn't heal the mob if you absorb the dmg, but on lvl 26 maw i saw him leeching almost 10% HP back in 1 cast.

Edited the post accordingly . During my tests on PTR i had God Mode on , and while i was taking damage , i couldn't be reduced to below 1 HP . Even so , this caused the mob to not leech any of my health , my mistake .
