Bug description: When you activate your key, all cooldowns>= 3min should be reseted
Proof: https://youtube.com/watch?v=T1rIP69uiis:

take a look at the first 35 sec. He casted Metamorphosis at 1 sec before pull. When the keystone activated, his metamorphosis was off cooldown
