8.Rotation

Single Target:

1 - Seal of Truth - Make sure this seal is active for all encounters so that your attacks stack a DOT on the target.
2 - Inquisition - Keep this active throughout the fight, refreshing it when you have 3 Holy Power and it is about to expire.
3 - Templar's Verdict - Use with 5 Holy Power for a huge hit, if you do not have 5 Holy Power this drops to the bottom of your priority list.
4 - Hammer of Wrath - Use whenever available (target below 20% or while using your Avenging Wrath cooldown).
5 - Exorcism - Use to build Holy Power.
6 - Crusader Strike - Use to build Holy Power.
7 - Judgment - Use to build Holy Power.

Important: Watch for the procs from The Art of War to reset your Exorcism.

AoE:

1 - Seal of Truth or Seal of Righteousness - Seal of Truth for fights with up to about 6 or 7 targets and try to tab through targeting as many as possible to keep up the DoT that it applies. Once you see 8 or more enemies you should switch to Seal of Righteousness to benefit from the cleave damage it provides.
2 - Inquisition - Keep this active throughout the fight, refreshing it when you have 3 Holy Power and it is about to expire.
3 - Divine Storm - Use this when you have 3 Holy Power, deals damage to everything around you.
4 - Hammer of Wrath - Use whenever available (target below 20% or while using your Avenging Wrath cooldown).
5 - Hammer of the Righteous - Use to build Holy Power and deals AOE damage around your target.

9.Cooldowns

Avenging Wrath - This is a significant damage boost, as it ups all damage output by 20% for 20 seconds (30 seconds if you have the correct talents) and is on a 3 minute cooldown. To get the absolute most out of this ability, you should use it timed with on use trinkets and heroism effects.

Guardian of Ancient Kings - Summons a spirit that assists you in combat for 30 seconds. This is another great damage boost, however it is on a 5 minute cooldown.

Defensive Cooldowns:

Devotion Aura - Reduces all raid magic damage suffered by 20% for 6 seconds, and stops you from being silenced or interrupted during that time. It is on a 5 minute cooldown.

Lay on Hands - Heals a friendly target for an amount equal to your maximum health. It is best used on your tank if he is about to go down or yourself in an emergency.

Divine Shield - Makes you immune to all damage for 8 seconds and clears DOTs, debuffs, and movement impairing effects.

Hey! A few things:

** I do not know what spells work/do not work, this is purely from my retail experience playing a ret pally.

Cooldowns:

Avenging Wrath is a 2 min CD for Rets

Defensive Cooldowns:

Divine protection (even glyph for situational fights where it reduces physical damage by 20% and magical by 20%)

Hand Of Protections: Strong CD for a friendly target, preferably one that doesn't do melee damage. Very good to save your healers from physical spells (example: Thoks aoe, yeah no SoO yet, just an example). NOTE: DO NOT USE THIS ON TANKS OR YOURSELF UNLESS YOU HAVE DIVINE SHIELD ON CD.

Hand of Sacrifice: With the glyph, a VERY strong CD that can be used on friendlies. This also removes a magic effect from them, this will help in dispels (very minorly, but still helps. Also you might want to put the dispel part in the "changes section" as well).

Both hands get an extra charge with the clemency talent.

** Provided the glyph(s) works correctly.

Talents:

The level 75 talent should be swapped on a situational basis. Without the Evil Eye of Galakras (BiS trinket from 5th boss of SoO), Holy avenger and sanctified wrath are close in damage output in single target situations with divine purpose falling slightly behind.
In AOE situations, divine purposes beats the shit out of the other two (even more so with the SoO 4 set bonus). Infact, with the SoO 4 set bonus, Divine purpose is only like 2k dps behind Sanctified wrath.
Holy avenger will fall behind once you get the trinket, as you cannot stack CDs properly.

Similarly, the Level 90 talent should be swapped between Execution sentence and Light's hammer for single target and aoe situations respectively. With 2 targets, Lights hammer does the same amount of damage as Execution sentence, with 3 or more targets, Lights hammer pulls way way ahead of execution sentence.

Also, since you haven't mentioned this: IMPORTANT - Execution sentence is considered a dot in MoP. This is significant because dots take a screenshots of your active buffs and will have their effect for their duration. So it is imperative that you pop execution sentence with your buffs procced during your initial burst (buffs being: Avenging wrath + Guardian of ancient kings at 12 stacks +trinket + flask buff + weapon enchant + shaman totem buff + warrior crit banner buff + heroism/BL... you get it).

**Provided these work correctly

AOE rotation:

Exorcism if you have it glyphed. (which was a suggested glyph in your post).

Also Seal of righteousness for 3+ targets, don't wait for 6-7 to come, tabbing through them may/may not increase throughput. Using Seal of Rightesouness WILL increase throughput. Should also start hammering and using divine storm from 3+ targets. Light's hammer On CD with 2+ targets.

Single Target rotation:
.
.
.
Crusader strike > Judgment > exorcism.
.
.
.

This is because both crusader strike and judgment proc mastery, but exorcism doesn't. Even with Art of War procs, always go with CS>judgment>exorcism.

(This is for the part which included these 3 spells only, rest is fine)

Glyphs:

Glyph of Templar's Verdict is a must for any boss fight. The glyph of inquisition is only meant for levelling/dungeon purposes mainly. Could use it on trash in a raid, but on boss fights its very inneffective and situational.

Glyph of Divine protection - defensive glyph again. This is very situational.

Glyph of Hand of Sacrifice - makes Hand of Sacrifice a strong defensive CD.

** Provided the glyph(s) works correctly.

Stats:

Just going slightly indepth, and this won't be achievable until SoO gear anyways: you only go until 40% haste unbuffed (50% with the raid buff). After that you just stack mastery. Hand of light is your hardest hitting spell (atleast should be if its not bugged).

So: Strength > Hit (7.5%) > Expertise (7.5%) > Haste (40%) > Mastery > Crit

That's all for now! Cheers! - Please do reply/PM for any further questions/corrections/additions to my post.

Thanks Flashmoo, I was in the process of already going through that after posting this but fell asleep -.

So from what I've seen as reported bugs in the forums, the bugs that affect gameplay (even minorly) are:

1) Ret pally mastery for hammer of wrath and hammer of the righteous doesn't proc.

2) Glyph of hand of sacrifice doesn't work.

This still shouldn't affect the rotation (For both AOE and single target).

A clever way to use Hand of sacrifice is to use the glyph of divine protection+ templar's verdict -- doing this will give you 30 % physical and 30 % magical damage reduction (overall 30% damage reduction), so only ~ 20% of the damage is transferred, or even better, just divine shield yourself if you have to, might save the tank (and thus the raid), for your minimal loss in dps.

EDIT: I missed the one thing that was "useful" (- )from all those bugs: Using glyph of exorcism does 100% damage to all other targets within 8 yards. This changes things. So in any given AOE situation (3+ targets), this glyph will be a must and the spell should be used on CD. This is only until the bug is fixed, after that the rotation goes back to normal. I wil re-edit this post once I notice the bug fix.
