Error with Legion Client

Finally got the client downloaded and tried troubleshooting the best I could. I gave admin permissions and changed compatibility to Win7/8, and am getting this problem.

Did you try the solution posted here https://www.wow-freakz.com/legion_download @ "E_NOT_AVAILABLE" section with config folder?

I'm no expert, but you can use the same PC, you just need two separate clients.
