Extended spell range not implemented.

Bug description: There is a certain blizzard mechanic that hasn't been implemented into Freakz ever since MoP and it handicaps all of caster classes in pvp, i can't stress this enough how often i have lost an arena just because of this.

It is a similar mechanic to melee leeway, where you as a melee class have some wiggle room in melee range in order to kill targets that are kiting you.

Proof: Proving this is really not necessary. Just do a skimrish or something.
If necessary, you should make a trial char on retail and just see how good it feels when someone is running away from you and still get that cast off just at the last second when the target moves out of range.

Doubt this works even for melee.

Also, often spells show that player is in range but still don't go off while target is kiting moving, for example monk Disable, try using it on a player that is kiting at high speed.
