Bug description: Eye of command doesn't drop as much as it should
Proof: the drop chance for eye of command is 0.01% https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=142167&&name=eye-of-command
the drop chance for eye of command on retail is 4% which is a big diffrence compared to 0.01% https://www.wowhead.com/item=142167/eye-of-command?bonus=1826:1466
