[FIXED] Autoattacks dont crit at all

Bug description: As of recently autoatacks do not crit anymore at all.Tested both Arms and Fury.Also there is a feral dude at dummy complaining about the same thing.I think it might be affecting all melees in general.

Same happens here. From 200 AAs, none were crit. This is huge for FDK since crit = KM procs, but affects all classes overall

Some hidden fix from today negate crit amount for "Melee attacks".
Proof: Whole raid with 10 melees on mother kill had 100% non crit amunt on melee attacks only. For spells it works fine i think.
