[FIXED] Can't continue the Legendary Quest Chain (Chapter II)

Bug description: I can't start this quest, however, I have completed the previous quest " A Test of Valor", I'm Revered with the Black Prince, completed the quest... the yellow indicator is over Wrathion's head but he offers me literally nothing to take.

Chapter 3 is not yet implemented. We will implement it in the following weeks.

it's actually impossible for you to have completed that quest since you can only make 3000 valor points in 3 weeks, the cap being 1000 valor per week, and the quest has just been introduced last week. So if a gm could reset your quest so you can actually do the quest properly, that would be nice. Maybe post that as a bug report and not this.

Socker sayd that you need to have 3000 / 3000 to complete the quest, I think. Maybe he had the points.

This is the correct answer. You need to have 3000/3000 VP so do not spend any VP until you get 3k/3k.

Ventress, I'm patient, but it is the 2nd time when the GM answer makes no sense (in this theme)
although I think that I have made a correct report (and ingame ticket) about this. I'm talking about CHAPTER II, NOT III
Right now I have 3k/3k Valor in my currency... as 2 other ppl confirmed shocker said that u can instant finish the quest if "u have 3k valor in your bags"... finished it.
My problem is that I can't take the next quest form the CHAPTER II chain.
I CAN'T take the "A Change of Command" quest. I'm stuck after "A test of Valor" and before "A Change of Command".

After some research I realised that Wrathion did not offer me at least 1 quest.. maybe 2.
The 1st is Incoming...( https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=999000&&name=incoming ) - this q has 2 pre-quest, related to the Dominance Offensive -> did them long ago (I can prove it with achievement if needed) nad should be startable after finishing the 500 stat gem quest.
The 2nd is "The Prince's Pursuit" ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=32429&&name=the-prince-s-pursuit ).

Make sure wrathion isn't currently in an "active script and talking" with someone else. Since we can't 100% reproduce the phasing system on blizzard, once somebody talks to wration, nobody else can take quests/etc from him until he finishes his script/animations/talking

No, Wrathion is not in an "active script and talking", tried it multiple times even when the building was totally empty. Right now the Wrathions are standing next to me and doing.... well nothing. Contact me ingame if u can, I'm online now.

Zasmoker, yes, I did that quest chain. Az the end of the video u can see it in the Dominance Offensive Campaign achievement. Btw, thanks for the tip.
Socker, as u can see I tried to take any quet from 4 different Wrathion (non of them were in active script and talking)

Any Feedback from the server side would be good.
If u can't fix the issue right now just add the quests ("Incoming..." and" The Prince's Pursuit") to the affected players' quest log.
