[FIXED] [Death Knight] Breath of Sindragosa

The spell is not working (doesn't start).
Tried multiple times in many different scenarios (dungeons, towns, world in general) and the spell simply will not start (no dmg, no animation, no CD trigger, only the spell button flashing, indicating it's being pressed).
Multiple relogs and changing of talents had no effect as well.
Earlier today it was working fine, but for the past couple of hours it is not.

EDIT: Tested for 2nd day. Still not working, making frost DK unplayable (unpickable for groups etc.).
