Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Dark Simulacrum doesn't copy shattered ice from hagara or sludge spew of the flails from zon'ozz.
Dovada / Proof:

First proof is http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1046309-4-3-DK-DPS-Boss-Tips.

Second proof is the information we find on worldoflogs,where a dk hits hagara for 246561 with 2 shattered ice while on freakz you can't copy shattered ice.

sa mai mentionam faptul ca daca un DK copiaza Ice Block-ul unui mage, nu il poate folosi deoarece "Not Enough Mana", in schimb cand copiaza Divine shieldul unui paladin holy, nu exista nici o problema legata de aceasta.

Invalid, when you copy a spell it uses the spell according to your stats. You can check wowhead or wowwiki for this.

Also where did you get that video, im %99.99 sure that its not from retail.
When you copy a spell you have only one use for it.

Main intention of this spell is to steal cc's or defensive/offensive spells, not any dmg spells. Excluding PVE.

the shattered ice should pe copied for a large amount of damage.dk were using dark simulacrum on retail and they were hitting hagara for a large amount of damage.
about the power of the spells in pvp I'm not sure.

I guess you werent retailing when dks were using dark simulacrum on sinestra to eat large chunks of her HP with Wrack (albeit it was a bug) but for hagara it should totally be usable on shattered ice. Too bad dark simulacrum is dead in pve.

Anyway, confirming, at least for the pve part.

Writing down again, Dark Simulacrum copies a spell and uses that spell according to YOUR stats, not the copied opponents.
When a mage hits you with 25 k Pyroblast, if you copied it and send it back to him, it will hit according to your Spell power, which will hit no more than 3-4 k.

About the PVE part of it, i already wrote "Excluding PvE". (You should be able to read the posts above.)

Yes it should copy Shattered Ice and more spells like it, but its just one part that is correct of this bug report, not all of it.

Just use this and this to calculate the damage output of DSed spells(based on YOUR spell power ofcourse). Or is that too mainstream for ya?
