Yea, I saw on your video, he cast 2x healing touch below 3 sec and receive 36k dmg for each, practically when you heal you receive 36k, no icd, you cast heal, you receive dmg.
I understand now, no icd and you receive dmg when you applying heal, Crypt Fever shouldn't proc dmg when rejuveration or lifebloom tick heals, only first for every spell, I'm right?

No, it's 1 second ICD and it procs on EVERY heal not just the first tick, look at the video in the first post @ 1:05. You see the monk taking multiple heals over time from different hots that were already applied. Every 1 second he receives 28-31k damage despite receiving MORE than 1 heal per second. So 1 second ICD. Also notice a few seconds later, the monk remains only with Renewing Mist on himself which ticks every ~1 second. He receives 20k healing from Renewing Mist and 31k damage from crypt fever.

ok from min 2, when mw monk spams soothing, he takes ~30k damage/tick, you can see cause he`s using mik's scrolling battle text addon

min 3.35 vs resto druid, crypt procs each second

at 6:20 with 0.5 speed..
look for the damage dealt on the resto druid who is behind the pillar
at 6:21 he takes 38900 dmg that's crypt fever
at 6:22 he again 38900 dmg - crypt fever
at 6:23 he takes 38990 dmg - crypt fever
so every second he takes damage from this spell.

with this in mind I'm inclined to say that crypt fever should have 1 sec icd
