[FIXED] [Death Knight][Unholy] Virulent Eruption damage in instanced pvp

Bug description: I noticed that Virulent Eruption is almost all the time the #1 dmg for unholy dk's in pvp so I did a little digging.
Here is usually doing more damage than Vigulent plague itself but I watched 3 videos from retail and in neither managed to do that. Usually it does between 30% and 60% of virulent plague's damage.

is that @ 7:18 min mark the guy starts to hover over the abilities:
What we can see is (Keep in mind that is TOK and the max hits could be hugely inflated by ORB damage increases but after hundreds of ticks , the average damage should be reliable) :

Virulent plague average damage per tick is 34.5k after 500+ ticks
Virulent eruption average damage per hit is 16.1k after 500 + hits

Virulent eruption works that if it hits multiple targets the damage is distributed among them so in a bg setting is normal that the VE tick is smaller.

Virulent plague damage per tick ~33k after 120 ticks ---> this is a match for the 34.k damage on retail (given it was tok bg).
Virulent eruption damage per hit is 35.5k after 107 hits ---> this is aprox double than the 16.1k dmg on retail.

I think all things point to virulent eruption doing ~ double the damage it should be doing and my guess is that the virulent eruption part of the virulent plague spell isn't affected by the 45% pvp multiplier that dot receives right now.
