[FIXED] [Demon Hunter][Havoc] Eye beam

Bug description: The hitbox of the spell is sooo very small , eye beam , even though the animation shows a quite small beam deal dmg to most mobs infront of you , on the ptr most of the times the beam itself has to actualy hit something to deal dmg to it , on retail that does to mobs 5 yrds next to the beam

this is the best i could find , when he pops the first beam you can see it hit mobs on the left and right aswell , this doesn't happen on freakz , hitbox has to be adjusted
