[FIXED] Didn`t get reward from an achievment that i earned.

Bug description: The pet http://www.wowhead.com/npc=64232/singing-cricket doesn`t (or at least for me didn`t) appear after getting the achievment from which it is a reward.

Now i dont know if it should be received in the mail, like pets/mounts that are reward from gathering achievments, but if it is well i didn`t get it.
Also according to wowhead http://www.wowhead.com/item=88147/singing-cricket-cage#comments the pet is automatically learned after getting the achievement, which my second SS proves it doesn`t.
Also i should mention that i got both http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=6582/pro-pet-mob#guides and http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=6583/rookie-pet-mob in the same pet fight, maybe that is the cause.

Can this be fixed? The GM that answered my ticket said that i should make a topic in item recovery section, but since it says in this topic https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Read-me-IMPORTANT-INFO-t201333.html, that achievments are no longer a subject to that section should i make a topic or not?
