[FIXED] [Druid][Balance][Spell] Celestial Alignment vs Sunfire

WoW Freakz spell link: Celestial Alignment (wowhead link)
Bug description: During Celestial Alignment, Moonfire also applies Sunfire on the target. However, when you cast Sunfire, it should also apply Moonfire to the target. Currently this doesn't work. This is not stated in the tooltip, but it did work this way on retail (later reflected in the tooltip at the start of WoD).
