Bug description: This passive at ferals it's bugged, it should proc only from auto-attack not from all the abilities&bleeds, i didnt know about this bug until i look at the passive carefully only cuz of that stampede+clearcasting bug i found this..
Your autoattacks have a small chance to cause you to enter a Clearcasting state.
He got like 4 procs in 10 minutes of fighting and all the proc's came from auto-attacks not from abilities,i mean look how much he los with bleeds on target and dont get any procs..

But here on freakz if you have multiple bleedz on the target you have Ccproc every 4-5 sec depends on how lucky you are,that mean a free ability with no energy cost.. an extra damage for free
0:06 i get a proc from bleed and another one when i use trash = 2 + 6 procs more = 8 procs only from bleedz = 8 abilities without using any energy..
