WoW Freakz spell link: Regrowth and Lifebloom
Bug description: Once you have one stack of Lifebloom on your target, Regrowth can give second and third stack
Proof: I dont have an option of recording, its easy to check it out.

Lifebloom should only be refreshed by Regrowth using the current number of stacks.

Does this happen with Healing Touch and Nourish also?

Yes, same thing happens. It should refresh only the number of stacks you already have, not add another stack.
