Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Da 3% crit din buff player-ului pe care se casteaza si proc-ul(3%) tot pe acesta , cand de fapt ar fi trebuit sa fie pe mag - proc-ul. Astfel playerul pe care se casteaza are +6% crit (3%buff + 3% proc) cand de fapt ar fi trebuit sa fie 3% buff pe player si 3% proc pe mag.
Dovada / Proof: ... incercati si vedeti ..

Credeam ca e deja postat bug, dap asa e da proc pe acelas target.

Level 80-8 ore....2 meserii full-2zile....un gear score de 5,5k-3 sapt....un wipe pe freakz....de nepretuit pentru toate celelalte exista DONATE.

can`t understand but if this is Focus Magic (wowhead link) Talent work but the spell Not work at all. Your target get Focus Magic Buff instead you and its 100% on every hit. confirmed

Confirm si eu..din pacate doar targetul care primeste Focus Magic primeste si buful de 3%
