Bug description:
Similar to this , it affects other classes as well. In general it bugs when you use instant cast spells.

For some classes is worse and I am not sure but it might come to spell queueing.
Check the GCD on spells how it malfunctions after you used an instant cast.

i dont think so.

i just played elemental shaman, everything seems fine. maybe server is a bit UnStable.

Confirm, it makes the gameplay really frustrating when you have to press a spell 3 times to be cast, especially when we're taking about instant cast spells and instant cast spells followed by spells that are channeled
