[FIXED] [General] HUGE Spell damage taken from mobs

And other mobs that use spells. The ones i listed are just examples, there are MANY more.

Bug description: It seems that after the update the mobs have their spell coeffs *** up. Also, they can critical strike with spells.

Proof:
Here is a screenshot i took while leveling my druid. (screenshot)
You can see the dmg is far too high for their lvl range (55) and it is also a critical strike. As a feral druid @lvl 55 i have like 4.8K HP in cat form (6.4K in bear).


EDIT: Just found out that looms don't work. But even so, loom armor does not reduce the damage input unless it's physical (armor).

I can confirm this on 99% of all spellcasting mobs, they one shot kill me even when much lower level than I am.

I've seen complaints on globals that dungeon/raid trash/bosses hit harder now than in 7.1.5 - i guess it has something to do with this issue. If anybody could contribute with screenshots of death recaps/logs/anything useful, would be nice
