Bug description: As of WoD, special attacks should never miss. Only autoattacks should miss - dual wield classes have a 19% miss chance on autoattacks. All classes (DW and 2H)should have a 3% parry chance only when you're in front of the boss.

That's true , All characters now have a 100% chance to hit, 0% chance to be dodged, 3% chance to be parried, and 0% chance for glancing blows, when fighting creatures up to 3 levels higher (bosses included). - 6.0.2 WoD patch note

I have no clue how these could happen :/ current implementation in the code: 19% miss with WHITE MELEE damage, 0% miss chance with special attacks (not counting auras), 3% to parry, 0% to dodge, 0% glancing when fighting a mob that is no more than 3 levels higher than you. I'm looking at the code for hours now, trying to figure out what happened, but I cannot even reproduce it (out of 350 uses of Blades of Justice, 0 missed). I see absolutely everything handled as it should be (there are checks for facing, unit state - like stunned etc, everything is implemented perfectly)

OOOOH, I just realized... it's because of the world scaling - lol. fixing it
