Descrierea bugului / Bug description: am o suspiciune destul de mare ca nu merge talentul hot streak...ci doar improved hot streak...deci doar ca in wotlk...hot streak fiind un talent nou...am testat 20 de minute la dummy si pyro s-a procuit doar dupa 2 crits cum zice la improved hot streak https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=44448 (wowhead link) dar niciodata in 20 de minute nu s-a procuit pyro dupa doar un crit cum zice la hot streak....acest fix ar busta enorm dpsu la fire avant in vedere ca procul la hot streak este destul de mare

Probabil critt nu merge cum trebuie,Nici critical mass(https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=12873 (wowhead link)) fac 23% si din 30 de schorch 1 il dau critt..

mda nu abera aiurea eu dau crit si nu se proc hot streak din 1 singur crit niciodata...nu are legatura cu critu in sine are cu talentul hot streak...NU merge! eu am facut teste la dummy am 32% crit si recount imi scoate 37% crit chance merge bine....ai tu ghinion rau -)

E posibil sa fie adevarata faza cu Hot Streaku ... Daca ne uitam la un movie de FIre mage de pe retail ... o sa vedem fff multe hot streakuri ... cam da ... talentul nu merge.

pai dovada nu am cum sa filmez....dar am stat 20 si ceva de minute spamang si hot streak se proc doar dupa 2 crits niciodata dupa un singur crit...si sansa de proc este imensa...

Sau cel putin ar trebui sa fie.Eu de exemplu dau Combustion dupa ce stau sa castez 3 secunde de pyro(si asta nu e in regula) pt ca nu am incredere ca se va activa Streakul. E clar ceva in neregula, normal instant pyro ar trebui sa se activeze o data la 4-5 bucati din cate am vazut pe blizz ,poate chiar mai bine in functie de noroc, dar aici imbatranesti castand si nu se activeaza o data...

Am facut un test fara Improved Hot Streak. Nu merge Hot Streaku mai deloc. Se activeaza odata la 20 de criticaluri deci 0.5% sansa sau asha cv ceea ce nu e normal.

Am testat cand eram pe Fire (acum ~o luna), confirm bugul. Asta e unul din motivele pentru care am trecut pe Arcane, e imposibil sa joci ca Fire Mage cand prinzi Hot Streak DOAR din doua critical consecutive.

Exact si eu la fel arcane -....fire in patchul acesta devine broken rau fara hot streak....acuma crit chance pe fire nu mai este un stat extrem de esential ca in wotlk datorita noului hot streak talent....fara el ai nev de mega crit chance ca sa procuie improved...si cum nimeni nu are mega crit..

dupa cum resiese aici sansa de proc este c-am 33%...similar cu missels deci trebuie sa se proc destul de des...dar scade sansa de hot streak cu cat ai crit mai mare..

Ar fi excelent daca s-ar face prioritar macar inainte de urmatorul boss care o sa iil adauge. Sa ia un warrior magu la dps e destul de nasol...
